• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Share content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates others' rights
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users' access

4.3 Content Standards

You are solely responsible for the content, messages, and media ("User Content") that you post, upload, or transmit through the App. You agree that you will not post any User Content that:

• Is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against groups or individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
• Contains pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material.
• Invades the privacy of others or constitutes cyberbullying.

4.4 Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users. Although we do not pre-screen all private messages, we reserve the right to review any content that is reported to us by other users.

4.5 Enforcement and Termination

If you are found to be in violation of these terms:

• Your content will be removed immediately.
• Your account may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to ban your device from accessing the Service.

4.6 Reporting and Blocking

Users are encouraged to report any objectionable content or abusive behavior using the in-app reporting features. We commit to reviewing all reported content within 24 hours and taking appropriate action, including the removal of content and the ejection of the user who provided the offending content.

8.2 Apple App Store Subscription Terms

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
• Management: Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

8.3 Billing and Cancellation

• Billing occurs in advance at the beginning of each subscription period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused subscription time

9.2 Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO €100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, PRIVACY BREACHES BY THIRD PARTIES, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
